Annual Impact Report

Real change happens when commitment meets action. Our Annual Impact Report highlights our progress, the families we’ve supported, and the partnerships that make it all possible. See how we turned our mission into measurable results last year — one home, one community, and one future at a time.

AHC primarily serves families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), the midpoint of all incomes in a given area. For example, in Arlington the median income for a family of four was $163,900 in 2025. This means a family of four can qualify for affordable apartment that is income-limited at 50% AMI if they earn a household income not more than $81,950 (50% of AMI in Arlington), while a single person can earn up to $57,400 and still qualify.

From afterschool programs to senior wellness, AHC’s Resident Resources support every stage of life. Explore how our onsite education, wellness, and economic mobility programs help residents grow, connect, and thrive — right where they live.
