Corporate Partnerships

Affordable Homes & Communities is grateful for the generosity of our corporate partners, who help us serve nearly 20,000 individuals across 55 communities each year. Philanthropic support and partnerships are invaluable as AHC Resident Services expands to address the critical need for housing stability, social services, and education programs.

"When residents have access to safe, stable and affordable housing, it can provide greater opportunity to achieve financial resilience, save for the future and build wealth. Since 2010, Capital One has had the privilege to work with AHC to create or preserve 19 affordable housing developments in the region and support resident services primarily related to financial and digital literacy and access.”
