JC Calder
JC joined AHC as Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the fall of 2025. He oversees asset management, real estate development, and construction management across AHC’s portfolio. JC has more than 24 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and operations. Prior to AHC, he served as Vice President of Development and Construction at Mayroad in Annapolis, Maryland, overseeing all phases of development and construction for projects spanning from Alaska to Florida. He also held senior positions at Fairstead and Hunt Companies and spent more than a decade with Corvias.
JC holds a bachelor’s degree in communications/business from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Defense Privatization Manager (Levels I, II, and III). He has lived in nine different states and one overseas country and has visited forty-nine of the fifty states — with Maine still on the list. In his free time, JC enjoys getting outdoors with his wife and three kids.
