Jennifer Endo

Vice President, Community Relations/Chief of Staff

Jennifer has worked at AHC for over 25 years. In her current role as Vice President of Community Relations, she directs a team of five professionals and is responsible for fundraising, communications, and government affairs. She also serves as the organization’s Chief of Staff. Until 2017, she directed the early development of Resident Services, growing the program from two staff in Arlington to nearly 30 staff offering educational and social services programs in Arlington, Montgomery County, and Baltimore.

Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College, Northfield, MN, and an executive certificate from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. In her free time, she enjoys reading, puzzles, hiking in the woods with her dog, and playing pickleball. She and her husband are renovating a house in Arlington and have three adult children.
