Jennifer Feinleib
Jennifer joined AHC as the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) in December 2025. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic leadership of AHC’s Human Resources. Before joining AHC, Jennifer served as a Human Resources and Talent leader for over 18 years at various organizations, including Cadmus Group, Nathan Associates, and Enviva. She has a proven track record of building high-performing, mission-aligned teams and leading recruitment, retention, compensation, and HR operations.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and Southeast Asian studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She also holds certifications in coaching and group coaching. Jennifer speaks Bahasa Indonesia. She received a scholarship from the University of California to study the language and cultural anthropology at the Universitas Gadja Mada in Yogyakarta, Java. A favorite family outing is Indonesian cuisine because her husband and her two teens enjoy watching her order in Bahasa Indonesia.
