Revée Simpson
Revée M. Simpson, Esq., joined AHC as General Counsel in early 2025. In this role, she leads the legal, risk management, and insurance functions of the entire organization. Prior to joining AHC, Revée was General Counsel for Pratum Companies (formerly Edgewood Management Corporation), where she served on its board and oversaw the company’s legal, risk management, and compliance departments. Revée previously practiced law at Offit Kurman, PA, where she was a partner in the Landlord Representation and Commercial Litigation groups.
She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and religion from Swarthmore College. Revée spends most of her free time with her boy/girl twins and husband. They enjoy traveling the world, culinary arts, real estate, sporting events, and auto shows.
