The Key’s Pointe community currently offers 144 townhouse-style homes, serving a variety of household sizes. It’s part of a multi-phase public housing redevelopment in the O’Donnell Heights area in Southeast Baltimore. Half of the 144 homes are deeply affordable through Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance, and others are affordable for families earning up to 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income. AHC partnered with The Michaels Organization and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) to build this community. Learn more about the next phase, currently in development.
