Goodwill of Greater Washington and AHC are partnering to redevelop Goodwill’s flagship site in Arlington, Virginia, into a vibrant mixed-use community featuring service-enriched affordable housing and a modern retail store and donation center. The community will have 128 affordable apartments and a childcare center. Construction started in spring 2026, and completion is expected in 2028.
