Key’s Pointe – Phase 2a will create 60 new affordable townhouse-style homes. It’s part of a multi-phase public housing redevelopment in the O’Donnell Heights area in Southeast Baltimore. This transformative redevelopment spans 62 acres and will eventually provide 900+ new affordable and market-rate townhomes and apartments, along with 6 acres of parks and green spaces. AHC is partnering with The Michaels Organization and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) on this project and future phases of the long-term redevelopment.
